Frequently Asked Questions

Are there age/breed/size restictions?

No! We consider all breeds, sizes, and ages. Typically as long as your pup is vaccinated, gets along with the Royal Pack, and we have space availbe for your pup- we consider all shapes and sizes of pups! Please note that we do not have the space to accomidate very large breeds over 100 lbs.

What should I bring when dropping my dog off?

All we need is your pup and their collar and leash. If your dog eats lunch, you may bring that along as well. Even if your pup is boarding, all we need is your pup, their food (divided into seperate meals) , and their collar and leash. As well as any medications, if applicable.
Please do not bring beds, blankets, toys, bandanas, coats, slow feeders, sweaters, bowls, or anything else. We have everything your pup needs right here at the Palace!

Can we tour the facility?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer tours because we always have dogs in our care, and do not want to cause unnecessary stress. However, we post on Facebook and Smugmug  every day where you can view hundreds of videos and pictures. Every day that your pup is with us, there will be 200+ photos of them, their friends, and how their day went!

What are your hours?

Daycare hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday 7am-6pm

Saturday-Sunday

(Boarding Only, No daycare)

9am-1pm

We are closed for daycare and open for boarding only on New Years Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, December 25th & 26th

Do you accept intact dogs?

We accept intact puppies between 4 months and 9 months of age, with an additional fee. We do ask that you have your pup spayed or neutered by 9 months of age if you'd like to continue daycare and boarding with us. Otherwise, we'd be happy to have your pup  back after their spay or neuter.
We do not accept females in heat

What is required for my dog to join the Royal Pack?

We require all dogs to be up to date with their rabies vaccine, Distemper vaccine, Parvovirus vaccine and spayed or neutered by 9 months of age. We strongly recommend a kennel cough vaccine, a clean fecal, and regular flea, tick, and heartworm preventative.
